Bailey Fire Services Ltd are a LPS 1048 3rd party accredited company which carries out Service, Maintenance, Design & Installation of commercial and residential sprinkler, fire pump and wet/dry riser installations throughout London, the South East and the Midlands. We hold and maintain ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditation for our business management system as well as Safe contractor 3rd party health and safety accreditation.
We have extensive experience in testing and inspection of Commercial and Residential sprinkler systems in High Rise and complex buildings in accordance with British Standards BSEN12845:2015 and BS9251:2021.
All sprinkler work is verified by LPC qualified staff with experience, training and competency with the task in hand.
Our qualified professionals and specialist fire pump and storage tank engineers are able to test, inspect and repair wet & dry riser systems and carry out servicing and repair of single and multi-stage fire pumps as well as carry out fire hydrant testing and inspection.
All service contracts include a 24-hour emergency call out facility to agreed SLA requirements. Any spare parts required are provided by our ISO90012008 accredited suppliers usually on a next day delivery. We only use LPC-approved products wherever they are available and when not covered, UL- / FM- / WRAS-approved parts are specified.
In addition, we are able to undertake extensions and alterations to existing systems via our LPC-qualified design team and liaise with all stakeholders to ensure that your buildings integrity is not compromised by changes which could lead to a cumulative degradation of protection.
